HFFR (halogen free) flame retardant masterbatch for unfilled PA (Nylon) UL94-V0

ProFlame® EFMCM-525,52000 are made from halogen-free flame retardant and polyamide or EVA carrier with stabilizer and lubricant system .
It is designed to eliminate the inhalation of dust and skin contact of powder in producing.

Application:

ProFlame® EFMCM-525,52000 Masterbatch has good compatibility with non-reinforced PA6 or PA66, and high dispersion and flame retardancy.

Halogen-free environmental protection,low addition,easy processing, no corrosion to equipment and mold, low product density,high cost performance,
 good electrical performance, smoke-free.  It can be up to UL94 V2-V0(1.6mm—3.2mm) and meet GWIT 750℃ requirement in unreinforced PA6 ,PA66 .
