HFFR (halogen free) flame retardant masterbatch for unfilled and filled PA (Nylon) UL94-V0

ProFlame®EFPA701/702/901/902 are made from halogen-free flame retardant and polyamide carrier with stabilizer and lubricant system .
It is designed to eliminate the inhalation of dust and skin contact of powder in producing.

Processing Guide:

►Before adding these FR masterbatch, it is generally not necessary to pre dry. 

If there are special requirements for the moisture content of flame retardants, we recommend pre drying 

(such as drying at 100℃ for 4 hours).

►The optimal mixing conditions should depend on different 

situations, and attention should be paid to ensure that all components 

are evenly dispersed, and the processing and melting temperature of the polymer should not exceed 300 ℃.
