Environment-friendly PP Flame Retardant Masterbatch for UL94-V0. 

Developing its effectiveness through phosphorus/nitrogen synergism. 

When incorporated into polyolefine, it shows high processing stability and no migration. 

When the polyolefin on exposure to flame, the carbon foam layer formed protects the 

polymer through its heat insulating effect to reduce further oxygen access and prevent dripping of the polymer. 

At the same time there are no halogen hydride gases to cause.

Applications: 

The extrusion and injection of PP for V0 grade under UL94

Remark: For Non-glass-fiber system, 0.2-0.4% anti-dripping agent to be added . 

Processing instruction: 

1. The optimum conditions for incorporating should be determined in each individual case. 

Care must be taken to ensure homogeneous dispersion of all components. 

2.Both single- and twin-screw extruders are suitable for incorporating the product. 

The temperature of the polymer melt should not exceed 250°C. 

3.Choosing proper filler andpigment .Calcium carbonate, carbon black, phthalocyanine green,

zinc white powder will reduce Flame retardant efficiency
