ProFlame® MC50 Flame retardant masterbatch
ProFlame ®MC50 is made from halogen-free flame retardant and polyamide or EVA carrier with stabilizer and lubricant system .
It is designed to eliminate the inhalation of dust and skin contact of powder in producing.
Application:
MC50 Masterbatch has good compatibility with non-reinforced PA6 or PA66, and high dispersion and flame retardancy.
Halogen-free environmental protection,low addition,easy processing, no corrosion to equipment and mold,
low product density, high cost performance, good electrical performance, smoke-free.
It can be up to UL94 V2-V0(1.6mm—3.2mm) and meet GWIT 750℃ requirement in PA6 ,PA66 .
