Flame retardant masterbatch EFBPS701
EFBPS-701 is based on the environmental protection flame retardant B264YZ , and us esgeneral-purpose polystyrene GPPS as the carrier.Using a graft polymerization process, the dispersion efficiency and flame retardant efficiency are greatly improved. The dosage of flame retardant required to achieve the same flame retardant oxygen index is lower than that of HBCD flame retardant masterbatch, which also improves foam performance and reduces the density of the product; thereby greatly reducing the flame retardant cost of the extruded board.
At the same time, this product has a high decomposition temperature, does not corrode equipment, has no decomposition loss during production and processing, and will not cause screw corrosion and flame retardant performance decline.
Application:
EFBPS-701 is mainly designed to provide self extinguishing properties for Polystyrene foams, especially for extruded foamed Polystyrene (XPS). Compared with the traditional HBCD flame retardant masterbatch , it has higher heat-resistance performance, better smoke suppression performance, better flowing property and lower cost.
Recommended dosage : 2.5-4.0% (LOI reach 26-30%; B1 Class)
