ProFlame® EFBPP01 masterbath
EFBPP01 is flame retardant masterbatch for PP with low halogen & high effective, no need to add ATO, perfect processing performance and no precipitation.
Applications:
The extrusion and injection of PP for V2 grade under UL94. Especially suitable for PP films,fibres and thin-walled products with high dispersion requirements.
Usage guide
1.Referring to the lubrication system, we suggest using EBS. It is easy to make foaming if you use PE wax, zinc stearate, calcium stearate and Stearic Acid etc.
2.The recipe can’t be mixed with BDDP flame retardant, otherwise the finished product will become gray and black.
3.This masterbatch will not be affected because of adding the black masterbacth. No retroaction to the UV stabilizer and antioxidant .
4.It is not good to add the CaCo3 or CaCo3 masterbacth in formulation.We recommend add proper Talc as filler.
Package & Storage:
25kg kraft bag with plastic lining.
Handle with care, keep air-tight and dry. It is not dangerous cargo .You should handle the material according to the instruction described on MSDS.
