ProFlame ® - FR Masterbath EFPO-601(S/K)
Environment-friendly PP/PE Flame Retardant Masterbatch for UL94-V0 Class. Developing its effectiveness through phosphorus/nitrogen synergism. When incorporated into polyolefin, it shows high processing stability and no migration. When the polyolefin on exposure to flame, the carbon foam layer formed protects the polymer through its heat insulating effect to reduce further oxygen access and prevent dripping of the polymer. At the same time there are no halogen hydride gases to cause.
Applications:
The extrusion and injection of PP,PE and other polyolefins for V0 grade under UL94.
Remark:
Since the performance of flame retardants depends heavily on the nature of the finished item (polymer,pigments, other additives), we recommend that users perform their own tests to determine the optimum addition rate.
Processing instruction:
►The optimum conditions for incorporating should be determined in each individual case. Care must be taken to ensure homogeneous dispersion of all components.
►Both single- and twin-screw extruders are suitable for incorporating the product. The temperature of the polymer melt should not exceed 240°C.

Net weight 25KG bag with PE liner.
The product should be stored in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Although no shelf life measure has been performed on this product, it is recommended to use the inventories within 12 months after delivery date.
