ProFlame® BFRS Special for Styrene base resin
BFRS is a highly efficient brominated flame retardant with the advantages of small addition amount, high thermal stability and small impact on polymer properties.It is a polymeric flame retardant with a new bromine-containing styrene as the main structure. It can improve the activity and dispersion of bromine molecules in plastics, enhance the inhibition of free radical chain reactions, and can also make polymerization The molecular chain of the material is broken, which promotes the formation of carbon on the surface and improves the flame retardant efficiency.

Application
Mainly used in styrene polymer(ABS,PS,AS,AEA,ASA),Epoxy resin polymer. It works through a vapor-phase flame retardant mechanism.In DBDPE/Sb2O3,FR245/Sb2O3,Bromide epoxy/Sb2O3,Tetrabromobisphenol A/Sb2O3 Flame retardant System,a small amount of addition can play a role in improving the efficiency of flame retardant, reduce the total amount of flame retardant added, reduce the cost.
