CP-70 is white or pale yellow solid powder chlorinated paraffin. It's chemical structure is almost completely saturated.It has good fire resistance, chemical reagent resistance, compatibility, anti-deteriorant and heat stabilization. It essentially non-toxic and provide good durability, stability & impart water resistance.
Application
CP-70 can be used in a variety of applications including paints, coatings, rubber, adhesives, polyolefins, textiles & fabrics. It is particularly suitable for use with alkyd resins. It is usually used in a variety of paint, coatings & adhesives applications including chlorinated rubber non-skid paints, intumescent flame retardant paints.CP-70 is also an excellent low-cost halogen source for flame retarding textiles and fabrics.
