ProFlame ® PN4131C Specially for PA66 + Glass fibre

ProFlame-PN4131C is formulated flame retardant based on organic phosphorus component. It is suited for

both GF-reinforced and unreinforced PA66 system. We specially design columned granule appearance, this

will be helpful to reduce dust ,and make material easy to dispersing and feeding.

Product benefits:

1. High flame retardant efficiency, 12.5% dosage can reach 1.6mm V-0 in PA66 with 30% fiberglass

2. Less gas, less mold corrosion

3. Good machinability, no mold scale

4. Flame retardant polyamide compounds show very good physical properties and excellent electrical

properties, CTI >600V

Processing instruction:

1. Pre-drying the polyamide,the moisture content should be below 0.1 % (by wt.).

2. The temperature of the polymer melt should not exceed 350 °C.

3. It is most suitable for equipment with weak shear force.

4. The processing temperature of Parallel twin-screw extruder should keep between 240 ~ 260 with

vacuum at the same time.The temperature is too high, the physical property loss of PA66 is large, and the

yellowing is also large.

5. Do not use low-alkali or high-alkali fiberglass. High-quality non-alkali fiberglass is preferred.
